The Monica Roberts Freedom School: Owning Our POWER BLACK Trans Leadership Cohort was founded in honor of the late, great Monica Roberts. Monica Robert’s drive to create changemakers in the Black Trans Community is mirrored in the core work of the Freedom School. This 8 month national program is designed by BIPOC trans leaders, dedicated to cultivating the next generation of bold changemakers.
